Minimum order:
There is no minimum order required for shipping. Unless otherwise specified, all single unit orders will be shipped by regular US mail and the cost will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Payment methods:
All payments must be made in full prior to the order being shipped. COD orders will not be accepted or processed. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Sales and Use taxes are the buyers sole responsibility. NuMark Marker Co., LLC is registered and responsible for collecting sales tax for all orders purchased within the State of Connecticut. Tax-exempt purchases require filing of a valid exempt certificate in advance of placing an order. Contact customer service @ 203-704-7841 for more information.

Shipping Policy:
All orders will be shipped within three (3) business days of receipt of payment barring Holidays.

Back orders and partial shipments:
We will ship all orders complete. Unless specified otherwise, any item(s) not available at the time of processing will be cancelled from the current order.

Shipping method:
Our preferred carrier is FedEx. Freight charges and insurance will be prepaid and added to your final invoice. UPS and USPS shipping is also available by customer request, a surcharge will apply to all such orders.

Damaged Shipments:
It is the buyers responsibility to Inspect all shipments for damage and shortage(s) before signing for the package from the carrier. You have the right to refuse any shipment that appears to be damaged or that you suspect has been tampered with. You must file any claims for damage and or shortage(s) with the carrier first, and must immediately notify NuMark of any such issue. Contacting us via Email (sales@NuMarkMarker.com) is preferred as it creates a paper trail and time line of events. You may also call us @ 203-704-7841. Acceptance of the shipment shall be conclusive proof that the item(s) were received in satisfactory condition. NuMark Marker Co., LLC will not be held liable for damages, or shortages incurred while in transit, nor for settling any claims against the carrier.

International shipments:
We do not ship material outside of the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping Restrictions:
Due to regulations prohibiting materials recognized as potentially hazardous we cannot ship some products to the following destinations: California. -Other restrictions may apply. Check with your local authorities regarding the shipment of products containing Xylene before ordering. NuMark Marker, LLC will not be responsible for any fines, fees, levies or taxes imposed as a result of shipping to a restricted location.
Individual markers are NOT labeled for individual sale. See our FAQ page for safety and use information.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days. A Return Authorization number is required prior to returning any materials. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. COD shipments will be refused. Call for authorization prior to shipping material: 203-704-7841.

Restocking fee:
Material accepted for return that is not found to be defective will be subject to a MINIMUM 15% restocking fee. Actual fee will depend upon condition and completeness of materials returned. All refunds will be provided in the same form as was received on the original transaction. Refunds for orders paid for by credit card will be issued as a credit to the credit card used at the time of original purchase, within five (5) business days, upon receipt of the returned material.
